Happy Tuesday!
I’m excited to share some blocks with you that I’ve recently made:
These blocks above are two of the 6 sample blocks that Julie created for QuiltNon.
QuiltNon was a fun weekend-long online celebration to bring together quilters who couldn’t go to QuiltCon. It was all hosted on Julie’s site, the Intrepid Thread Blog, and mainly Instagram (#quiltnon2017). We had a bunch of hostesses giving challenges and community questions. And that’s what it was all about! Community!
I hope to finish the other four blocks soon! 🙂
I’m still working on my weekly blocks from this book…
I’m not as consistent as I should be, but they are like potato chips. You can whip through several in an afternoon.
I kinda messed up the geometry of one of these, but I’m okay with it. Because it was my third try. LOL! Sometimes I just don’t follow directions well! LOL! That’s what makes me a good homeschooling mom. LOL!!!
Here are my first 9 blocks. I’m going to continue with the next three and then add some more solid cream fabric and then have a wonderful quilt top!!
What blocks are you sewing up today?
Blessings!
