{friday finishes…}

It's finish it friday!!! Yipeeeeeee!!! And this was sort of my deadline…I'm behind on my list!! eeeek!!

I took some time to just chill with the fam…it was my Sallyfest week. 🙂

But I do have several finishes to show off today! yipeeeeee!!!

I finished a bunch of Fabric Polaroid blocks for our swap! And I'm excited that the HMQG is having another swap of these next month. They are seriously like popcorn or potato chips…you can't just make one!! (Secretly I don't want to send any away!! eeeek!)

I have a bunch more to make!! I keep finding more fabrics that would work with these! awesomeness!!!

I also finished my organizational project!! And I'm super pleased with it!!

With 4 children, I really needed this!!!

Everyone wants to write on it…we'll see how that works!!

Trust me, there is a lot more going on in this house than what's up there. As a matter of fact, just looking at this, I see where I forgot to write down a baby shower!! yikes!!

Yep, this is going to help me A LOT!!!

I also finished one of my 4×6 blocks (my tester…I always do my own first to make sure it looks okay!). So I'm good to make the next 5 tonight…unless I decide to quilt. I can't decide!!

I used Amanda's 60degree Ruler for these diamonds!! You can get that ruler in Julie's store, the Intrepid Thread. Yipeeeeeee!!!

And this is what we did earlier this afternoon…

We went to the butterfly center at the Houston Museum of Natural Science!! And I was wearing the brightest colors…yep, my Madhuri Wiksten tank. And apparently, this little guy liked it, too!! yay!!
