Welcome to my little spot of relaxation this weekend!! I’m sooo excited to be a part of the Cuttlebug Challenge Blogspot Spa Retreat!! {to start the BLog Hop, go to the Cuttlebug Challenge BLOG!!} I have a couple of inspirational things to share…but let’s start with the most important!! RELAXATION!!!
For me, I love to scrap and create. I can sit in my craft room for hours and at the end of the day, my creations give me such a relaxed pleasure, all that can top it is to sit in my hot tub with Mr Gorgeous and just be happy!! 🙂 Let me show you what I mean! Here is a digital page I did about my “perfect day”. The digital kit I used for this, “Spring Bees” is free with purchase at OScraps this weekend!! yay!! (click on the LO to read the journaling!)
and I just have to share what my sweet 14 yo would do to rest and relax!! Play with her new TOUCH IPOD!!! 🙂 here’s a gander at her right after the FedEx guy delivered it to her!! 🙂

Okay…so down to business!! I LOVE Roses!! I love my roses!! These roses in this LO are my wonderful wild antique roses we purchased in the heart of the Hill Country in Texas…and they LOVE SPRING!!

I love the weekends just so I can unwind from my stressful work week. I read, craft and play in my garden, so this hop was just perfect for me with all the flowers!

I relax by crafting with my 5 yr old grandaughter. She loves to crank the handle on the cuttlebug. It is such a delight to see the look on her face when the finished product comes through.

Pretty card! I love roses too. They were my mother’s favorite flower so they are sentimental to me also. I have 3 rose bushes in the yard. Their smell is totally beautiful and oh-so relaxing.
What I like about roses-those are the flowers my husband will bring me when he brings me the flowers! I told him I’d like anything-flowers are so pretty on the counter/table/windowsill!! But when I get them, I’ve gotten flowers!! Yay!

My Rose bush is getting ready to bloom. The cuttlebug folder embossed on vellum is such a nice touch.
I love roses! My 20 yr old daughter has been dating her boyfriend for 9 months and each month he has gotten her 1 flower for each month, i.e. 9 roses this month – we have had beautiful roses in the house and we all enjoy them! My hubby is not too romantic but he has his sweet points too.
